D Tours Planner provides tour packages, travel booking services, and travel-related information for destinations across India.
3. Booking and Payments
All bookings require advance payment or deposit. Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed. Payment must be made through approved payment methods. Cancellation fees apply as per our cancellation policy.
4. Cancellation Policy
30 or more days before departure: Full refund minus processing fee. 15-29 days before departure: 50 percent refund. 7-14 days before departure: 25 percent refund. Less than 7 days: No refund.
5. Travel Requirements
Valid ID proof is mandatory for all travelers. Foreign nationals must carry valid visa and passports. Travel insurance is recommended but not mandatory. Health requirements vary by destination.
6. Liability Limitations
D Tours Planner acts as an intermediary between you and service providers. We are not liable for delays, accidents, or issues caused by third parties. Force majeure events are beyond our control. Maximum liability is limited to the tour package cost.
7. User Conduct
Users agree to provide accurate information, respect local customs and laws, follow tour guide instructions, and not engage in illegal activities during tours.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is property of D Tours Planner. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Himachal Pradesh, India.
